Mark has an extensive track record as a private equity investor focused on middle market food and consumer packaged goods companies.
Prior to co-founding Entrepreneurial Equity Partners, Mark was a Managing Director at Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners, where he led investments in food and consumer products for 14 years. Prior to Wind Point, he had progressively senior roles in the investment banking groups at Morgan Stanley and Robert W. Baird.
Mark currently serves on the board of Daniele International. His previous board roles include Shearer’s Foods, Hearthside Food Solutions, Santa Maria Foods, Ryt-way Industries, Nonni’s Biscotti, Evans Food Group, Gehl Foods, and Nonni’s Foods.
Mark earned a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
